Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. Please note that no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once a cancellation request is made. You may pause your monthly subscription for up to two months per year with 30 days' notice. 2. Annual Subscription Policy: The annual subscription is non-cancelable. If you join partway through the year, the subscription fee will be prorated based on the remaining months, from the time of joining through December. No refunds will be issued for months already attended. 3. Class Attendance: Subscribers are strongly encouraged to attend live classes to enhance their learning experience. Please note that make-up sessions will not be available, and no class recordings are provided. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at info@poisedproper.com to discuss options for class rescheduling or subscription adjustments. 5. Behavior Policy: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund. 6. Use of Materials: All materials provided during the classes, including handouts and worksheets, are for personal use only. Redistribution, repurposing, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited. 7. Privacy Policy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and providing class-related updates. Liability Policy: We strive to provide the highest quality educational experience, but we are not liable for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from the use of the information provided in our classes. 9.
